Syrinix contribute to key Industry leakage discussions
This month Syrinix took part in SWIG's first online event, a webinar focusing on Leakage & its effects on resilience.
With leakage reduction a key part of all UK water companies PR19 submissions, ambitious targets have been set for what continues to be a global challenge to the water industry.
The webinar explored how different types of sensors, from flow and acoustic loggers, water quality and pressure transient measurement systems and data analytics play an important part in managing and reducing leakage.
Mark Hendy VP Sales EMEA presented a session on - Network Calming and Burst detection via Pressure Transient Monitoring. It detailed insight from transient monitoring case studies using PIPEMINDER technology.
These global examples show how Syrinix can locate burst events within both DMA and trunk mains, using a combination of pressure and local data; talking sensor deployment planning and discussing brand new analysis techniques of 'heatmapping' and 'clustering' as well as presenting examples of triangulating events to locate and define network problems.
Contact Mark and he will take you through the presenation.
